Childbirth Education: Before, During & After: The Physiologic In's & Out's of Birth & Postpartum
Cassidy Dobek and Charli Zarosinski are both experienced student-midwives, doulas, and childbirth educators offering a 3-week childbirth education series on a monthly basis. This childbirth education series is available to all parents-to-be and is suited for people who are birthing at home, in a birth center, or in the hospital. This childbirth education series is intended to meet the needs of all new parents.
We will be educating participants about the physiology and anatomy of birth, discussing labor coping strategies, ways other people can support a laboring person, what to expect in the postpartum, and breastfeeding. The course will include handouts created by class instructors, visual aids, hands on learning, and learning materials for participants to utilize at home.
