Life and Whim is all about encouraging kids to spend more fun moments outside, getting active and having fun in nature. The Fairy Trails Field Guide is a 32-page outdoor adventure and coloring book filled with games, activities and illustrations that will draw your child, and your whole family, into a world of natural wonder! It contains beautiful, outdoor-inspired illustrations, as well as a nature journal and scavenger hunt activities for your little explorers.
This book is inspired by the Fairy Trails, a magical place of creativity and discovery, filled with fairy houses built from all natural materials. We built the Fairy Trails in a forest in our hometown of Traverse City, Michigan, in 2016, and through this book we hope to bring a bit of that magic to you and your family.
