Crissy Day has been sharing the joy of yoga with children for over 15 wonderful years. It all began with her son Silas, who became her very first yoga student. Together, they experienced firsthand how movement and breath can be powerful tools for connection and comfort, especially during challenging times. This beautiful journey ignited Crissy's passion to extend the magic of yoga to families far and wide!
With a background in Early Childhood education (MAT) and extensive experience both on and off the mat, Crissy, an RYT E 500 certified instructor, has had the joy of teaching children of all ages. Through her teachings, she aims to not only impart the physical practice of yoga but also to cultivate deep connections within families, making every session a delightful and enriching experience for all involved. Her ultimate goal? To bring families closer together and infuse each practice with joy and laughter!
